No, it is privately owned/operated and is not funded by taxpayers.

How do I purchase your top soil, mulch, or recycled stone?

Stop by our physical location at 901 Patterson Ave in Cumberland Md. Follow the signs to Riverside Yard Waste Recycling.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday- Friday 7:30am-6:30pm

Saturday- 8:00am-4:00pm

Sunday- By Appointment

Material Drop Off- 7 Days A Week- 8:00am-6:00pm

What am I not allowed to recycle?

We don't accept items such as plastic, glass, paper etc. We accept yard waste including stumps, leaves, trees, trimmings, etc.

What is a yard compared to a ton?

A yard averages about 25% more material. Example: a ton is 2,000 pound a yard averages 2,300 pounds

What size vehicle can you load?

We have the capabilities to load Pick-Up Truck to Large Dump trucks.
